• Fully Seated Inside: Up to 36 people

• Seat/Stand Combo Inside: Up to 50 people

• Inside/Outside: Up to 80 people (good weather only as doors must remain open at all times)

The Gordon House may be rented out for a maximum of eight hours. All events must be cleaned up and out by 10:00p.m.

With event rentals, the Gordon House will provide:

• 4 6ft rectangle tables (folding)

• 3 5ft diameter round tables (folding)

• Black tablecloths available for all tables

• 45 wooden folding chairs

  • 15 w/ attached white cushions

  • 30 w/ no cushions

    • 30 white loose cushions provided for these

  As long as an event layout plan is provided ahead of time, setup of these items is done prior to rental time by staff and will not impact setup time.

• Except for the sink, kitchen appliances are inoperable and cannot be used. Refrigeration is limited to a mini fridge on site.

• We are limited to one public restroom. Depending on the estimated number of guests, we may require an additional restroom be rented.

Caterers with prior event experience at the Gordon House are preferred. However, new caterers are welcome as long as they fill out an application and attend an in-person walk-through.

Alcohol is limited to beer and wine, and must be served by an OLCC-licensed server.

• Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere inside or on the grounds.

• Use of marijuana is NOT permitted anywhere inside or on the grounds.

Weddings (Seasonal Pricing, minimum rental of 2 hours)

• May-September: Starts at $1,500

  • (full pricing: 2hrs/$1,500, 4hrs/$2,000, 6hrs/$2,500)

• October-April: Starts at $1,000

  • (full pricing: 2hrs/$1,000,4hrs/$1,500,6hrs/$2,000)

Other events: meetings, parties, memorials, dinners, photo shoots, etc. (Rates depend on the day of week, rental start/end time, and event length).
